Which engineer will I book?
Once you book the date and time, give us the address and the needed service we will assign an engineer that specializes in that line of work. We will send the engineer that is available and able to perform the needed service professionally.
Who do I contact if I need to change or cancel my booking?
If you wish to alter the booking date or cancel the engineer site visit, please call us on our phone number: 0207 887 2244 or send an email to info@guardsys.co.uk. The phone call will be a faster method in case the booking date is nearing.
May I ask query to the engineer before booking?
Yes. Feel free to call the phone number presented after you initiate the booking process. They will be able to help you get the answers you need. You don’t have to complete the booking process prior to making the call.
How can I enter a coupon to get a discount?
During the booking process, there is a specified field to enter your discount coupon code. Upon entering it you will get a discounted price in accordance with the coupon.
